Ad-PHS project - Workshops in Romania and Czech Republic
In the course of February, the Ad-PHS project kicked off the second phase of national events in 10 EU Member States with less advanced PHS policies.
The aims of these workshops are to assess the project’s research on PHS national frameworks and the drafted guidelines, collect good practices and accordingly facilitate pan-European exchange and mutual learnings.
Thus, workshops were held in Bucharest (Romania) on the 11th of February and in Prague (Czech Republic) on the 19th of February. On these occasions, stakeholders actively participated in the revision of the country report, providing significant contributions as for policy instruments available in both countries.
They also demonstrated high interest in learning from experiences from other European countries. Finally, discussions were organized around the following draft documents: guidelines for developing social dialogue structures (Romania), guidelines for developing social vouchers (Czech Republic and Romania) and guidelines for developing professional profiles (Czech Republic).
Following the workshops, both country reports will be revised, and the guidelines updated in order to meet national stakeholders’ needs as closely as possible.

- Finland – March 16, 2020
- Bulgaria – March 18, 2020
- Estonia – March 20, 2020
- Poland – March 25, 2020
- Hungary – March 26, 2020
