POLICIES FOR PHS, AN AGENDA FOR IMPACT
The IMPact project is a European project funded by the PROGRESS Programme and coordinated by EFSI. It aims at helping public authorities improving assessment and monitoring of employment and budgetary effects of States’ support to the formal provision of PHS. Over the longer term, the project seeks to help public authorities to choose and implement public policies ensuring an adequate and affordable access to PHS. Launched in October 2014, the project ended with this conference, presenting the document “PHS policies - Implementation and Monitoring Guide”.

During the conference, project partners illustrated the different aspects of the Guide and, through constant interlocution with participants, how it can help public authorities in solving problems they encounter when designing, implementing and monitoring PHS policies.
