New publication: PHS: How to fully exploit their benefits for our societies?

EFSI recently published a verbatim report of the 5th European Conference on personal and household services which took place in Brussels on the 11th and 12th on November 2013.

Published last June, this report comprises of a record of everything that was said by the 19 speakers during the conference, excluding  the debates with the audience.  The speakers brought insightful answers to the event’s main question: “Personal and household services: How to fully exploit their benefits for our societies?”. As a result, this report offers an objective and deep understanding of the sector’s main issues by highlighting the vision of a wide range of stakeholders (companies, federations, trade unions, international organisations and European institutions).
