The European Federation for Services to Individuals is engaged with external partners in several European projects or campaigns. It is a key aspect of the work conducted to improve the image and perception of PHS sector and favour adequate policy supporting its development. The projects aims at:
- Deepening knowledge on the PHS sector industry and legal frameworks shaping it;
- Better understanding the evolution of the PHS sector throughout Europe;
- Offering our members the opportunity to learn from one another and to exchange best practices;
- Building tools that will enable public authorities to enhance their PHS supporting policies.
The role of EFSI in projects varies widely, from leading coordinator to partner, or member of an Advisory Board, but our objective is always to voice our members’ perspectives, to effectively involve them at all stages, and to ensure that the sector’s characteristics and challenges are correctly addressed.
